Summary: We love Great Island and this cottage is perfectly located with serene views and quiet neighbors. The living areas inside and the outdoor space were just right for the two of us. Unfortunately, the listing stated the beds were queen size, but they are actually doubles 54 x 74 inches and just too small for us, so we did not get much sleep. We would love to return if the first floor primary bed is replaced with a queen.

Summary: This was a birthday gift to our grown grandson who is a student at Yale. Planned this trip for a few months. It was so wonderful. The cottage is right on the peaceful water, near wonderful restaurants. Only minutes from the Block Island Ferry. We did it all in three days. Plenty of room and very clean. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us.

Summary: The property was a beautiful cottage with water views all around in a quiet neighborhood. Steve was a great host and communication was excellent! We were in town for a family wedding in Galilee which was 3 miles from the house. I would highly recommend this property to others.
